摘  要:目的:对标题化合物Co()-牛磺酸缩-5-甲基-2-羟基-1,3-苯二甲醛席夫碱配合物[Co(C13H16N2O7S2)(H2O)3]2.H2O进行体外抗菌活性研究。方法:采用连续稀释法测定该化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果:该化合物在浓度为0.5325 mg/ml时,对肺炎链球菌无菌落生长,而对金黄色葡萄菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和大肠杆菌都有菌落生长。结论:该化合物对肺炎链球菌有体外抗菌活性,其MIC值为0.5325 mg/ml,而对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和大肠杆菌都无体外抗菌活性。Objective:To explore the title complex Co( Ⅱ )-taurine-5-methyl-2-hydroxyisophthalaldehyde Schiff Bases [Co(C13H16N2O7S2) (H2O)3]2· H2O for the antibacterial activities via the antimicrobial test in vitro. Methods:Using the serial dilution test, the title complex was confirmed the minimal inhibitory concentration for S. aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, S. pneumoniae and E. coli, respectively. Results:The antibacterial property experiment showed that the complex could be the antibacterial activity for the S. pneumoniae and not for S. aureus,β-hemolytic streptococcus and E. coli when the concentration was 0. 5825 mg/ml. Conclusion :The title complex shows the antibacterial activity for the S. pneumoniae and not for S. aureus, β-hemolytic streptococcus and E. coli and the minimal inhibitory concentration for the S. pneumoniae is 0. 5325 mg/ml.
