摘　　要：三氟丙酮酸甲酯(Methyl Tri Fluoro Pyruvate,MTFP),分子式C5H5F3O3,浅黄色液体,沸程88℃～92℃。三氟丙酮酸甲酯是引进三氟甲基活性基团较好的化学试剂,其显著特征是由两个强吸电子组形成了高亲电的碳组,从三氟溴甲烷或全氟环氧丙烷合成。Methyl trifluoropyruvate is a commercial trifluoromethylating reagent.Trifluoromethyl-containing compounds that are synthesized though it or its derivatives are of the manifold applications in biochemistry,medical chemistry etc.The selective introduction of trifluoromethyl groups into organic molecules is becoming increasingly important.This paper described the applications、experimental preparation of the methyl trifluoropyruvate.
