摘　　要：加强大学生心理健康教育,是促进大学生健康成长,培养经济社会发展所需人才的重要途径。当前高校心理健康教育存在认识不到位,师资队伍不稳定,知识化、片面化、形式化等"不和谐"因素。因此,高校心理健康教育应该以培养大学生成为心理和谐的人作为最终的价值追求,构建各部门协调统一,全体教师共同参与,内容丰富、形式多样的和谐心理健康教育体系。Strengthening the education of psychological health of college students is the major means to promote the healthy growth of students and to cultivate the talents demanded by the society. Currently, in terms of psychological education in universities, there axe a number of problems, such as improper understanding, unstable team of teachers, being theoretical and incomplete. Consequently, the ultimate purpose for the psychological health education in universities is to foster harmonious psychology among college students. A harmonious psychological health education system shall be constructed which requires the cooperation of various departments, the participation of all teachers.
