摘　　要：以低成本改造烟条缺包检测系统为背景,详细阐述了以欧姆龙PLC可编程序控制器和西门子SIMATICS5可编程序控制器作为主控制元件,以FOCKE机烟条剔除机构为系统的剔除机构,通过PLC程序处理的方式,对输入的烟条外部检测信号和剔除机构原有的控制信号进行处理,进而产生新的控制信号来控制剔除机构的动作,达到剔除缺包烟条的目的,而且不影响剔除机构原有的剔除功能。因此,应用PLC可编程序控制器能完美地改造烟条缺包检测系统,并能降低成本。Under the background of altering the detective System with the low cost which checks the half-baked bundle,this paper explains that the Omron Programmable Logic Controller and the Siemens Simatic S5 PLC of the Machine FOCKE are regarded as the main controller,and the rejecting equipment of the Machine FOCKE is regarded as the rejecting equipment of the system,then the bundle external detective signal inputed and the old controlling signal of the equipment are disposed by the program,which brings the new controlling signal to control the action of the equipment.
