大鼠中枢神经系统衰老的形态学研究—红核神经元的超微结构改变

摘　　要：本文对不同年龄组雄性SD大鼠红核神经元的超微结格进行了观察，结果表明：（1）红核神经无核周体中脂褐素在幼年组已开始出现，并随增龄增多，其附近线粒体的形态有所改变，该周体中其他细胞器随增龄也有一定程度的形态改变；（2）红核神经元细胞核随增龄出现核膜内折现象；（3）在老年级红核神经处观察到微丝缠绕线粒体群的现象．上述结果说明红核神经元随增龄确实存在着一定的形态学改变．Ultrastructurial changes in the neurons of red nucleus in rats of male Spraque-Dawley struin divided into threegroups, young, adult and senescent were studied. The results demonstrated that (1) a few lipofuscin were observed in theyoung group, and the number of lipofuscin was increased markedly with advancing age; mitochondria near the lipofuscinwere clianged; the other organelles in perikaryon were changed to an extent; (2) the nucleilr membrane invagination was ob-served markedly in the senescent group; (3) the phenomenon of mitochondria surrounding by microfilaments in dendrites inneuropile of the senescent group was observed. The results indicate that there are morphologic changes of red nucleus withadvancing age.
