大鼠脊髓背角生长抑素mRNA在伤害性刺激和电针镇痛后的变化

摘  要:本文用地高辛标记cRNA探针原位杂交技术结合计算机回家分析,观察了在正常、伤害性刺激、单纯针刺和电针镇痛条件下大鼠脊髓背角内生长抑素mRNA的变化特点.结果如下:正常情况下脊髓背角内含有少量生长抑素mRNA阳性细胞,主要集中于Ⅱ、Ⅰ层.伤害性刺激,单纯针刺后背角生长抑素mRNA均明显增多,与其他三级相比,电针镇捕后背角生长抑索mRNA进一步增多,上述变化以Ⅱ层最为显著,且以同侧为甚。以上结果揭示生长抑素参与疼觉调制并且在针刺镇痛中起一定作用,其作用机制有待进一步研究.By using the methods of in situ hybridisation and image processing, changes of somatostatin (SOM) mRNA levelsin dorsal horn of spinaI cord were studied in normal group, noxious stimulation group, simple electroacupuncture group andelectroacupuncture analgesia group (EA). In normal group, SOM mRNA poritive cells were mainly oval and concentrated inRexed lamina Ⅱin dorsal horn. An increase of SOM mRNA positive couls could be seen in noxious stimulation group andsimple electroacupuncture group comparing with normal group. In EA group the number of SOM mRNA positive cells in-creased more than other groups. The tesults suggest: (1 ) SOM takes part in pain modulation. (2) SOM plays a role in EA.
