摘 要:在粉煤灰陶粒混凝土小型板的制作中,运用电渗技术和在粉煤灰陶粒混凝土中添加适量的粉煤灰,解决了粉煤灰陶粒混凝土因振捣时间过长、混凝土中水泥砂浆与骨料颗粒粘聚性不良,而产生的陶粒颗粒上浮导致的强度偏低及对其他各项性能的不良影响问题。计算了粉煤灰陶粒混凝土中电渗透系数的大小和电能消耗。结果表明,在粉煤灰陶粒混凝土中运用电渗技术既有效又经济。In making the mini - boards of sintered fly-ash concrete, the technology of electro - osmosis is used and fight amount of fly-ash is added into sintered fly -ash concrete so as to solve such problems as the low strength and some negative effects on the other performances due to too long time of the vibration of sintered fly- ash concrete and bad cohesion between the cement mortar in concrete and aggregate. The result of measurement of the size of the coefficient of electro - osmosis and the consumption of electricity shows that application of the technology of electro - osmosis in making sintered fly - ash concrete is economical as well as effective.
