摘  要:为了克服采用手工计算方法对脉冲气体激光器火花开关流场压力计算产生的误差大的问题和和对火花开关流场进行更加精确的计算,应用了计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent的RNGk-ε湍流计算模块对脉冲气体激光器火花开关流场进行了模拟分析,得出了流场气流状态的三维仿真图形,计算出开关进出口压力损失,并依据此计算结果选用风机,实验结果开关气体流量达到了设计指标的106%,最高工作频率达到了设计指标的110%,完全满足了项目研究需要。证明应用CFD技术可以对复杂流场进行精确模拟计算,解决手工计算误差大的问题。To solve the problem of big errors occuring in the pressure calculation of the flow filed of impulse gas laser's sparkle switch in the method of manual calculation, and make the calculation of flow field more accurate, this paper applies the RNG κ - ε turbulence calculation module of CFD software Fluent to analyze the flow field of the sparkle switch,obtains 3 dimensional simulative contours of the state of flow filed's gas flow,figures out the pressure loss between inlets and outlets of the flow field and chooses the air blower on the basis of the result of the calculation to make the switch's gas flow reach 106 percent of the design standard and the highest work frequency reach 110 percent of the design standard, fully meeting the needs of item study. It is proved that the application of CFD technology can accurately emulate and calculate complex flow filed, solve the problem of big errors in the method of manual calculation.
