学习型图书馆的学习过程模型与学习障碍分析

摘　　要：根据学习型组织理论,构建了一个学习型图书馆的学习过程模型,从5个方面分析了图书馆学习过程的主要障碍,并针对这些障碍提出了建设学习型图书馆的有关建议。According to the learning-type organization theory, this paper establishes a learning process model of learning-type library, analyzes the main disabilities of learning process of library from five aspects, and advances some corresponding suggestions on constructing the learning-type library according to these disabilities.
