永久性结肠造口病人社会参与状况及影响因素调查

摘　　要：[目的]描述永久性结肠造口病人社会参与状况及其影响因素,为促进病人的社会参与提供依据。[方法]采用社会功能缺陷量表对110例直肠癌Miles术后行永久性结肠造口病人的社会参与状况及其影响因素进行评定,探讨影响社会参与的因素。[结果]结肠造口病人在社会参与的工作情况、夫妻关系、自理状况、家庭外的社会活动、对外界的兴趣和关心、责任心及对将来的计划性方面达到正常的比例低于半数,影响社会参与的因素为年龄、经济状况、术后时间、对社会支持的利用度及疾病应对方式。[结论]永久性结肠造口病人的社会参与状况有待进一步提高;护理工作者应根据病人的实际情况给予有针对性的指导,以改善结肠造口病人社会参与状况。Objective： To describe social participation status of patients un- dergoing permanent colostomy and its influencing factors, and to provide some evidences for promoting social participation of patients. Methods：Social participation status and its influencing factors of 110 rectal cancer patients accepted permanent colostomy after undergoing Miles operation were evaluated by adopting social functional defect rating scale. And influencing factors of social participation of patients were probe into. Results： The working status of social participation, spousal relationship, self-care ability,out of family social activities,interesting and caring about the outside, responsibility and future planning of patients after undergoing colostomy were less then half reaching the normality, Factors of influencing the social participation of these patients were including age, financial state, postoperative time, social support availability and coping style toward illness. Conclusion：The social participation of patients after undergoing permanent colostomy need to be promoted further. Nursing staff should provide corresponding guidance based on the individual condition of patient so as to improve the social participation of them.
