摘　　要：介绍了上海火电厂控制SO_2排放的有效措施,预测了电力发展与SO_2排放的趋势,阐述了加强电力环保、节能减排的重要性和必要性,分析了"十一五"期间上海"大代小"、火电建设、脱硫装置建设的规模和脱硫政策,提出了烟气脱硫存在的问题和建议。Some efficient measures of Shanghai power plants controlling SO2 emission are introduced. The electric power development and SO2 emission tendency are forecasted especially. It is important and necessary to strengthen electric power environmental protection and save energy and reduct emission. The policy which is substituting large size for small,the power plant building,the FGD equipment scales,desulfurization policy during the eleventh - five - year plan in Shanghai are analyzed briefly. Some existing problems and suggestions are proposed for flue gas desulfurization.
