摘　　要：根据合成水合物的工艺特点,设计出多反应釜的喷雾强化连续制备水合物工艺流程,并且进行了流程工艺参数设定和主要设备的设计,指出该流程中的技术关键点。该工艺流程装置结构简单、经济实用、固化效果好,具有应用潜力。According to the characteristics of natural gas hydrate production process, The process of multi-reactor, with water spraying to improve the efficiency of natural gas hydrate preparation, is designed, and the parameters and major equipments are determined, and then the key technical points of this process are pointed out. It shows that the process is simple, low-cost, and it has a good solidification effect and enormous potential application.
