摘  要:传统的半干法脱硫工艺对PM2.5脱除效率比较低,大量的亚微米颗粒排入大气造成污染;利用蒸汽相变机理可以有效促使PM2.5凝结长大;针对半干法出口烟气中含湿量较高的特点,应用蒸汽相变机理有望协助实现半干法脱硫(FGD)和脱除PM2.5,从而改善排放烟气的品质。With the traditional semi-dry flue gas desulfurization(FGD) process,the efficiency of PM2.5 removal is low and a great deal of submicron particles goes into atmosphere and causes air pollution. The technical approach based on the enlargement of PM2.5 by the heterogeneous condensation in semi-dry FGD system are analyzed. According to the characters of high humidity of the outlet flue gas, there exist prospects in simultaneously removing PM2.5 with high efficiency in semi-dry FGD system by the heterogeneous condensation, and the quality of flue gas will be improved
