摘　　要：对我国科技期刊编辑的现状进行了调查,发现中青年并拥有高学历、高职称的编辑占科技期刊编辑队伍的大部分,结合科技期刊的工作实际,分析了各年龄段编辑的特点,指出编辑需要不断学习,完善自我。The status of sci-tech journal editors in China was investigated, the results shows that the young editors who have high educational degree and high the title of a technical post are in the majority. The characteristics of editors with different ages were analyzed. It is shown that the editors should always be study for development of the journal.
