摘　　要：大坝安全管理信息化是水利信息化的重要组成部分。通过信息化,实现大坝安全管理信息在水利行业内共享和社会范围内有限共享,使大坝安全管理最大限度地造福社会。大坝安全管理信息系统架构可分为四类,即调度决策、分析评价预报预警、监测控制和基础信息,包括大坝安全法规与标准管理系统、水文自动测报系统等13个系统。在实施信息化之前,需要进行规划,规划主要考虑已有系统、投资和技术力量等因素。Information system for dam safety management is key for water management system. By means of information management system, it will help to realize data sharing of dam safety management information in the water sector and society, so as to benefit society. The framework of information management system include four types： decision-making, forecasting and warning, monitoring and control and basic information, and also 13 systems of dam safety regulation and standard management system and hydrological automatic forecasting system etc. Before the set up of information system, planning is needed by considering the factors of existing system, investment and technical strength.
