摘　　要：根据《水库大坝安全鉴定办法》要求,开展黄河万家寨水利枢纽工程运行期的首次大坝安全鉴定工作。该工程防洪标准满足规范要求,结构安全,运行状况良好,能按设计正常运行,综合评价为"一类坝"。万家寨水利枢纽工程大坝安全鉴定作为首次由水利部直接审定的大坝安全鉴定工作,可以为其他类似工程开展大坝安全鉴定提供参考,对推动我国水库大坝定期安全鉴定工作的开展,加强水库大坝安全管理,保障大坝安全运行具有重要意义。Based on the requirement of ＂Dam Safety Assessment Method＂, the first-time assessment of darn safety was carried out during the operation period of Wangjiazhai Darn. It is confirmed that the dam is in the ＂first-class＂, since the flood control function of the dam has met the standard of safety and dam is well operated in line with the design. The assessment of dam safety of Wangjiazhai Dam is the first one that directly conducted by the Ministry of Water Resources, which can be a reference for dam safety assessment of other similar projects. It is beneficial for further up periodical dam safety assessment of large dams in China. It is also vital for safety management and operation of large dams.
