摘 要:通过扫描电镜和红外光谱等手段对失效钒电池的复合电极进行分析,研究发现正极一侧导电塑料集流板存在有氧腐蚀,造成其中的碳流失,电阻增大;正极一侧的石墨毡也存在氧化侵蚀,石墨毡中的碳纤维坑蚀现象明显;钒电池负极在充电过程中存在析氢过程,在石墨毡上生成-CH2-功能团。通过比较石墨毡经由浓硫酸处理和升温氧化过程的腐蚀情况,表明钒电池充电过程中正极析出的氧原子与碳的反应活性相似于500℃以上空气中氧的反应活性。The assembled electrodes of the inoperative vanadium redox batteries were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that there existed corrosion and carbon loss on the carbon-polythene current collector in the positive electrode because of oxygen evolution, which made the composite electronic resistivity increasing. The graphite felt of the positive electrode obviously suffered from pitting corrosion. It was found that reaction activity of atom oxygen evolved with graphite felt was as high as oxygen' s in the air at around 500 ℃ by comparison of the graphite corrosion, which happened under acid treatment and heat-treatment. The hydrogen evolution reaction likely happened on the negative electrode during the battery operation and more number of functional groups -CH2- remaining in the graphite felt of the negative electrode were observed.
