摘　　要：以苯甲醛、碳酸氢铵和氰化钠水溶液为原料，于压力釜中通过Ｂｕｃｈｅｒｅｒ－Ｂｅｒｇｓ反应制得苯海因，再经碱性水解得到ＤＬ－α－苯甘氨酸。利用正交设计方法考察了底物、试剂用量、反应温度对反应的影响。用碳酸铵替代碳酸氢铵，收率７２．６％，纯度＞９８％。DL α amino α phenylacetic acid was prepared by alkali hydrolysis of 5 phenylhydantoin which was obtained from benzaldehyde, ammonium bicarbonate and sodium cyanide aqueous solution (industrial grade) through a Bucherer Bergs reaction. The conditions were optimized by orthogonal design test. Moreover, the best result, 72.6% yield and >98.0% purity, was obtained when the ammonium bicarbonate was replaced by ammonium carbonate.
