前列康泰方对慢性细菌性前列腺炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药前列康泰方对慢性前列腺炎的治疗作用和机制。方法利用大鼠前列腺侧叶注入大肠杆菌混悬液来建立慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)病理模型,经前列康泰方治疗35d后,观察大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变、测定血浆TXB2、6-K-PGF1α的水平。结果前列康泰方能改善慢性细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变;可降低血浆TXB2含量,升高6-K-PGF1α含量,使TXB2/6-K-PGF1α(简称T/K)比值下降。结论前列康泰方对慢性细菌性前列腺炎有明显的治疗作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qian lie kang tai on chronic bacteria prostatitis. Methods The chronic bacteria prostatitis rat model was established by injecting with the E.coli suspension in the side of rat prostate. After the rat was treated with Qian lie kang tai formula for 35 days, the pathological changing of its prostate tissue and the level of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a in rat plasma were detected. Results There was a significant improvement in pathological morphology of prostate tissue, a decrease of and a increase of 6-keto-PGF1a after treatment with Qian lie kang tai formula. Conclusion The data suggested that Qian lie kang tai formula has the obvious therapeutic effect on chronic bacterial prostatitis.
