摘  要:在镁合金旋转喷吹除气模型基础上,利用水模拟确定气泡总表面积,研究转速、气体流量及喷头和坩埚直径比对除气效率的影响。结果表明,转速和气体流量对除气效率影响较大,通常条件下高气体流量和高转速除气效率较高;喷头和坩埚直径比例在1∶3到1∶5之间变化时除气效率变化不显著。Based on the mathematical model for the degassing processing of magnesium alloy by a rotary impeller, the total surface area of the gas bubbles was determined experimentally by the using of an oxygen/water model. Effects of the rotation speed, the gas flow rate and the ratio of the impeller diameter to the crucible diameter on the degassing efficiency have been investigated by means of computer simulation. The calculation results have shown that the rotation speed and the gas flow rate have a significant effect on the degassing efficiency. Normally, a high rotation speed and a high gas flow rate result in a high degassing efficiency. No significant difference has been found in the degassing efficiency when the ratio of the impeller diameter to the crucible diameter changes from 1 to 3 to 1 to 5.
