摘 要:用金相显微镜、电子万能试验机、显微硬度仪等研究不同Al、Zn含量及Al/Zn比对MB1变形镁合金组织及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,当含Al量相同时,随Zn含量增加,(即随Al/Zn比减小)晶粒尺寸呈先减小后增大再减小趋势。含Al量为2%和8%时,随Al/Zn比减小,抗拉强度先增大后减少,而Al量为5%时,随Al/Zn比减小抗拉强度先减小后增大。当Al/Zn=2/5时,抗拉强度达最大值240MPa。含Al量为2%和5%时,随Al/Zn比减小,伸长率逐渐降低。当含Al量为8%时,随Al/Zn比减小,伸长率先下降后上升。当Al/Zn=1(2Al2Zn)时,伸长率达最大值7.175%。The metallographic microscope, electronic universal materials testing machine and microhardness material testing machine are employed to analysis the effect of different AI/Zn ratios on the microstructure, mechanical properties of MB1. The result shows that when the content of AI are the same, with the increase of Zn, the grain size of the alloy decreases at first, then increases and at last decreases again. The result of mechanical properties test shows that when the content of AI is 2% and 8%, respectively, with the decrease of AI/Zn ratio, the tensile strength take on the tendency of increasing first and then descending, while when the content of AI is 5%, with the decrease of AI/Zn ratio, the tensile strength take on descending first and then increasing. When the content of AI is 2% and 5%, respectively, with the decrease of AI/Zn ratio, the elongation descends gradually, while when the content of AI reaches 8%, the elongation descends first and then increases. The elongation reaches the maximum 7.175%, as the AI/Zn ratio is equal to 1 (2Al2Zn), and as the AI/Zn ratio is equal to 2/5, the tensile strength gets the maximum value of 240 MPa.
