摘  要:研究了Sr变质对不同Fe含量(0.18%、0.50%、0.95%、1.10%、2.0%和3.0%)ZL102合金组织和性能的影响。结果发现,加入0.12%Sr时,在Fe含量为0.18%,0.50%的合金中出现细小的针状Fe相(β-Al0.5Fe3Si0.5),对合金力学性能影响不大;而在Fe含量为0.95%、1.10%、2.0%和3.0%的合金中,针状Fe相变得粗大,使合金力学性能下降较快。Sr元素对Fe相具有碎裂与溶解作用,Fe相被分解成许多小段,使合金力学性能有一定提高,但不能完全中和高含Fe量对Al-Si合金力学性能的有害影响。The Sr modified influence on the microstructure morphology and mechanical properties of ZL102 alloy with different Fe content was studied. When adding 0.12% Sr, there are small amount of thin, short needle-like β-AI0.5Fe3Si0.5 phase formed in the alloy (containing 0.18% and 0.50% Fe, respectively), which hardly affects the mechanical properties of alloy. Nevertheless, in the alloy that the Fe content is 0.95%, 1.10%, 2.0% and 3.0%, respectively, the needle-like iron phase is coarsing with the increase of Fe content, which results in the rapid decrease of the mechanical properties of the alloys, but still better than that of unmodified alloy because of the fragmentation and dissolution effect of Sr on Fe phases, and these Fe phases were broken into many fragments, therefore improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, but Sr can't absolutely counteract this bad effect of high Fe content.
