广汉市南兴镇农村居民禽流感相关知识及行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解广汉市农村人群的禽流感预防知识和相关行为现状及其影响因素,为更好地在农村开展预防禽流感宣传工作提供依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,对广汉市南兴镇仁义村、井岗村养殖户、散养户和普通农户进行问卷调查。调查内容调查对象基本信息、禽类饲养情况、禽流感基本知识及危险认知、预防禽流感的相关行为。结果1038名被调查对象中有62.90%人认为禽流感对自己有威胁,禽流感传播途径知晓率为56.45%～84.0%,接触禽类后要洗手的知晓率40.75%,徒手(没有任何防护措施)宰杀家禽的行为率为86.89%,家禽死后应掩埋的知晓率为12.90%。结论大部分农户对禽流感相关知识有一定程度的了解,但知识掌握不够全面,尤其预防知识掌握相对较差。应进一步加强预防禽流感相关知识的宣传教育,促进禽流感预防行为的养成。Objective To understand the avian influenza kenowledge and related behavior among rural population in Guanghan City so as to provide basis for propaganda. Method Cluster sampling method and questionnair were applied. Result 1 038 persons were investigated, in which 62. 90% understood avian influenza endangered one＇s health, 56. 45% - 84. 0% knew the fransmission route, 40. 75% was aware of washing hands after being confacted with poultry, 86. 89% of them slaughtered poultry with bare handed, and 12.90% was aware of burying the dead poultry. Conclusion Most farmers understand certain knowledge on avian influenza. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity on prevention knowledge on avian influenza so as to promote the preventive behavior.
