摘　　要：动产浮动担保制度是世界各国广泛采用的一种担保方式,代表着当今担保领域的发展趋势。它扩大了银行可采用的担保方式,有利于企业尤其是中小企业的融资。但动产浮动抵押的有效实行,必须有待于法律和配套措施的完善。在我国,动产浮动担保的实践虽然取得了一些成绩,但总体上仍处于困境状态。Chattel floating charge is a widely used guarantee type around the world. It expanded guarantee business adopted by banks and benefited enterprises, especially SMEs in terms of financing. However, only with legal provisions can chattel floating charge be effectively carried out. China still needs to work on in the construction of chattel floating charge system.
