几种常用烧伤外用制剂对感染防治的实验观察

摘　　要：目的研究几种常用的烧伤外用制剂的抑菌作用。方法分别在灰尘污染的动物烧伤创面、烧伤肉芽创面应用几种烧伤外用药,通过组织细菌定量培养,比较各制剂的抑菌效果。结果10%聚维酮碘软膏能有效抑制细菌生长,而0.5%聚维酮碘溶液、10%磺胺嘧啶银混悬液效果欠佳。结论10%聚维酮碘软膏是一种良好的烧伤外用药。Objective To study the bacteriostasis of several kinds of burn-medicament for external application. Methods After painting several kinds of burn-medicament at burn-wound and granulation-wound of animals that had been polluted by dust, their bacteriostases were compared by bactarial quantitative culture. Results We found that 10% of Iodine-complexing ointment had a better bacteriostasis, and that 0.5% of Iodine-complexing solution and 10% of SD-Ag suspension were not satisfactory. Conclusion It is suggested that, as a burn-medicament for external application, 10% of Iodine-complexing ointment is satisfactory for baeteriostasis.
