围裙式输液护罩的应用对输液肿胀率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨临床应用围裙式输液护罩(专利产品)对输液肿胀率的影响。方法选择1200例意识清、活动自如的成年患者,随机分成两组。试验组600例使用围裙式输液护罩,对照组600例按常规操作,观察两组患者的输液肿胀率。结果试验组患者输液肿胀率与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论围裙式输液护罩使用于输液患者,可降低输液肿胀率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of clinic application of Apron - like Transfusion Protecting - shade on transfusion swelling rate. Methods Totally 1200 conscious adult patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients in the trial group underwent transfusion with Apron - like Transfusion Protecting - shade, and the patients in the control group underwent transfusion in routine way. The transfusion swelling rates of the two groups were observed. Results Significant difference was found in the transfusion swelling rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of Apron - like Transfusion Protecting - shade may reduce the swelling rate and raise the satisfaction degree of patient.
