心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征及无创正压通气的运用研究进展

摘　　要：临床发现心力衰竭患者常合并睡眠呼吸暂停,使用无创呼吸机治疗睡眠呼吸暂停合并心力衰竭患者可改善患者的血压、心率、血氧饱和度和左室射血分数,改善患者的心脏功能和生活质量。现将有关研究报道综述如下。As the research development and the enhencemengt of people＇s knowledgement, it is observed that heart failure with sleep apnea is prevalent in clinic work. Treatment with positive airway pressure may improve patient＇s blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, left ventrieular ejection fraction, improve heart function and the quality of life. We reviewed the related research as follows.
