摘　　要：隐蔽区鼻出血是基层医院常见的急症,以往由于出血点不易明确被称为难治性鼻出血,往往采用鼻腔填塞、动脉结扎、动脉栓塞等治疗。随着内镜技术在鼻科领域的应用,多数隐蔽区鼻出血可明确出血点并采用微波、电凝等微创治疗。现对隐蔽区鼻出血常见的出血部位、出血点形态及其识别方法、干预手段做一介绍。Hidden site epistaxis, a common emergency in basic hospital, which was formerly named intractable epistaxis because of unknown hemorrhagic spots, was usually dealt by nasal packing, artery ligation, arterial embolism and so on. With the application of endoscopic technique in otolaryngology field, hemorrhagic spots of most hidden site epistaxis can be detected and treated minimally invasively with microwave and electric coagulation. This paper introduces common bleeding parts, appearances of hemorrhagic spots and the means of their identification and intervention.
