复方胃克宁胶囊溶出度的实验研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定复方胃克宁中强力霉素的含量做为胃克宁溶出度的检测方法,该法操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好、稳定性强,是复方胃克宁溶出度检验和分析的较理想手段。经检测,新药复方胃克宁胶囊溶出效果好(90％以上)溶出度将合药典要求。Determination of the concentration of furazolidone and doxycycline in compound weikening capsules by HPLC was used as the method for detecting dissolubility of compound weikening. The advantages of this method are operatively simple. Highly sensitive, well repetitious and strongly stable, it is the better means for detecting and analysing the dissolubility of compound weikening capsules. The results suggested that the dissolubility of compound weikening capsules was over 90%, it accords with the demand of Medicine Code.
