摘  要:目的观察选用不同的窦性心动周长(SCL),测定的不同年龄阶段正常儿童窦房传导时间(SACT)的参考范围。方法选取1990~2006年行食管电生理检查的无器质性心脏疾病的儿童共158例,按年龄分为4~7岁,8~14岁两个年龄段(组),经食管左房起搏,连续刺激法测定SACT,并观察选取不同时期的SCL对测定值的影响。结果选取不同时期的SCL计算SACT,发现以起搏停止后第一个SCL最合适,各年龄组的参考范围分别为:4~7岁组,83.81±29.79 m s;8~14岁97.80±29.86 m s。选取相同时期的SCL,同一年龄组的男女比较差异无显著性;不区分性别,不同年龄组比较,部分差异有显著性。结论选用不同的SCL对测定SACT的参考范围有影响,SCAT有随年龄增长而延长的趋势。Objective To calculate the reference range of sinus atrial conduction time (SACT)of normal children with different ages by transesophageal atrial pacing using different sinus cardiac length(SCL). Method A total of 158 normal children were divided into two groups, one in 4 -7 years, and the other in 8 - 14 years. Constant atrial pacing was conduc- ted in all patients to measure the SACT by transesophageal atrial pacing. The effects of using different intervals before or af- ter pacing as the SCL were evaluated. Result Using the same interval as the SCL, the values of different sexes of the same age groups had no significant differences, while partial of the values of different age groups had significant differ- ences. The first sinus interval after pacing seemed to be the most proper interval as the SCL for calculating SACT ( SACT3 ), The reference ranges of SACT3 were as follows : 83.81 ± 29.79 ms in 4 - 7 years group ;97.80 ± 29.86 ms in 8 - 14 years group. Conclusion Using different SCL does affect the reference range of SACT and the SACT may prolong with age increasing. [ Chinese Journal of Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology,2008,22( 5 ) :404 -406]
