摘 要:目的探讨经冠状静脉置管测定快速右房起搏过程不同时间段左、右心房的有效不应期(ERP)变化。方法健康杂种犬9只经心脏超声引导,放置冠状静脉导管、高位右房导管;高位右房600次/分连续起搏24 h,于1,4,12,24 h分别行左、右心房ERP测定及超声心动图检查。结果左、右心房的ERP自4 h逐渐缩短;左、右心房的ERP变化于刺激前均呈频率依赖性,于开始刺激4 h后频率依赖性消失,12 h后左房频率依赖性消失;且左房ERP的变化大于右房。结论24 h快速心房起搏所致左、右房电重构的变化不一致。Objective To investigate whether acute eleetrophysiological remodeling caused by short-term rapid pacing of right atrium. Methods The catheter was conducted by echoeardiography and eleetrophysiology. The atrial pacing was performed with a rate of 100 ms for 24 hours to establish atrial fibrillation canine models and effective refractory period (ERP) of high right atrium(HRA) and coronary vein octium distant (CSOd) were determined by program stimulation during 0,4,12, 24 h. Results The experiment was conducted in 9 dogs. The ERP of left and right atrium was shortened gradually after 4 hours, and the adjusted ERP of both atriums disappeared after 12 hours . There was difference between right and left atriums in the change of ERP. Conclusions There is a different electrophysiologieal remodeling between right and left atriums after rapid atrial pacing.
