湿疹病患者血清sIL-2R测定与分析

摘　　要：采用双抗夹心法检测了32例湿疹病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平及不同病程湿疹病患者血清sIL-2R水平变化。结果:与对照组相比,患者血清sIL-2R水平明显高于正常人,P<0.01。不同病程患者血清sIL-2R水平没有明显变化。表明湿疹病患者细胞免疫功能缺陷,SIL-2R升高与湿疹病的发病密切相关。This paper used the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to determine the level of soluble sIL-2R in serum of 32 cases of patients with eczema and the changes of sIL-2R levels in the different process of patients. The results showed that SIL-2R levels in patients with eczema is obviously higher than those in the normal by comparing with the control group (P<0. 01). The sIL-2R levels in serum of the different process of disease patients have no evident change. It suggested the patient' s cell-mediated immunedeficency and the increasing of sIL-2R arc closely related to eczema.
