综合护理干预对癌症患者化疗期间便秘的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨1种减少癌症患者化疗所致便秘的护理干预模式。方法将362例癌症化疗患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各181例。对照组按肿瘤化学治疗护理常规进行护理,观察组除按肿瘤化学治疗护理常规进行护理外,同时实施综合护理干预。结果实施综合护理干预后,两组患者在便秘及其相关症状的发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组化疗患者便秘及其相关症状发生率明显降低。结论综合护理干预可有效减轻癌症患者围化疗期便秘及其相关症狀。Objective To discuss a model of nursing intervention to decrease constipation caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients. Methods A total of 362 cancer patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 181 in each group. The control group received conventional nursing of chemotherapy and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the conventional nursing. Results Constipation and related symptoms in the observation group were relieved obviously, while constipation and related symptoms in the control group had no change. The difference after nursing intervention was significant in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The role of comprehensive nursing intervention to decrease constipation and the related symptoms in cancer patients is very notable.
