摘　　要：目的探讨病房管理小组在护理质量管理中的作用。方法在病房管理中,重视质量管理过程及护理工作过程细微环节的质控,营造安全、良好的病房护理服务环境。结果本科的探视、陪伴制度的落实、病房安全、护理人员仪表、技术操作、物品管理和住院环境等,都得到较大的提高。结论管理工作要随着外部环境的特点及管理、服务对象特点的变化而变化,不断摸索、调整管理方法,注重细节管理,才能使护理管理发挥更大的效能。Objective To study the role of ward management .group in nursing work. Method In the ward management, quality control of minute elements in the progression of quality management and nursing action was attached great importance, and a safe and nice condition for nursing was established. Result Visit and company regulation, ward safety, appearance operation, goods assignment and hospitalized environment were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Management alters with changes of features for external environment and people who received commands and services. Effect of management was improved not only in great aspects but also in details.
