摘  要:[目的]研究家蚕春用品种黄.山×平.湖的组配及推广,为家蚕品种资源引进、改良和利用研究提供参考。[方法]通过对引进品种资源的系统研究,在基本掌握其生物学、经济性状和利用价值综合评估的基础上,按不完全双列杂交组配,最后测定配合力。[结果]经配合力测定,组配成春用杂交组合黄.山×平.湖全茧量2.269 g,茧层量0.509 g,茧层率23.58%,茧丝长1 323 m,解舒率86.71%,净度93.8分,纤度3.011 D,符合国家审定标准,通过安徽省认定。该品种强健好养、抗逆性强、茧形大、丝质优、稳产丰产,受蚕农、丝厂欢迎,迅速在安徽省主要蚕区推广应用。[结论]引进了品种资源,丰富了家蚕基因库;通过育种手段实现了种质创新;组配成适合当地生态条件和饲养水平的实用品种,加快了育种速度,降低了育种成本。[Objective] The study aimed to study the combination and extend on silkworm variety for spring rearing Huang·shan×ping·hu,providing references for the introduction,improvement and utilization of germplasm resource of silkworm variety.[Method] The cross combination Huang·shan×Ping·hu for spring rearing was matched by combining ability test according to the incomplete diallel cross design on the basis of mastering biological characters,economic characters and integrated assessment of utility value.[Result] Through systematic study on Huang·shan×Ping·hu,whole cocoon weight was 2.269 g,cocoon shell weight was 0.509 g,cocoon layer ratio was 23.58%,length of cocoon filament was1 323m,reelability percentage was 86.71%,neatness was 93.8 marks,denier was 3.011 D.Because these indexes reached national approved standard,it was approved by Anhui province.The silkworm variety Huang·shan×Ping·hu was strong and easy to rear and exhibited strong stress resistance,big and uniform cocoons,excellent quality of silk,stable yield and high yield.So it was welcomed by silkworm farmers and silk factories,and was popularized and applied rapidly in Anhui major sericultural areas.[Conclusion] Introduced germplasm resource could enrich silkworm gene bank.Germplasm innovation was realized through breeding techniques.The practical variety was matched to adapt to local ecological conditions and rearing level,could accelerate breeding progress and lower the breeding cost.
