摘  要:[目的]研究不同形态氮肥对印度芥菜吸收土壤中铅的影响。[方法]在盆栽试验中,将印度芥菜播种到含醋酸铅的土壤中,分别对其施以不同形态的氮肥:(NH4)2SO4、NH4NO3和Ca(NO3)2,研究不同形态氮肥对印度芥菜吸收土壤中铅的影响。[结果]在施氮量相同的条件下,不同形态氮肥对印度芥菜地上部干重和根系干重没有显著影响,而对地上部和根系含铅量有显著影响。不同形态氮肥处理对印度芥菜地上部和根系铅含量的影响依次为:(NH4)2SO4>NH4NO3>Ca(NO3)2。[结论]在施氮量相同的条件下,施用不同形态氮肥对印度芥菜地上部和根系含铅量有显著影响,施(NH4)2SO4时含铅量最高。[Objective] The study was to research the effects of different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on absorption of Pb from soil by Indian mustard.[Method] In the pot test,Indian mustard was sowed in the soil with lead acetate,and different forms of nitrogen fertilizer such as(NH4)2SO4,NH4NO3 and Ca(NO3)2 were applied to Indian mustard to study the effect of different forms of nitrogen fertilizer on absorption of Pb from soil by Indian mustard.[Result] Under the same amount of nitrogen application,different forms of nitrogen fertilizer had no significant effect on shoot dry weight and root dry weight,but had significant effect on the content of Pb in aerial parts and root system.The effect of each forms of nitrogen fertilizer treatment on the content of Pb in aerial parts and root system in order was(NH4)2SO4〉NH4NO3〉Ca(NO3)2.[Conclusion] Under the same amount of nitrogen application,different forms of nitrogen fertilizer had significant effect on the content of Pb in aerial parts and root system of Indian mustard,and the content of Pb in the treatment with(NH4)2SO4 application was the highest.
