宫腹腔镜联合手术在诊治输卵管性不孕症中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨宫-腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管性不孕症诊治中的应用价值。方法：1991年7月至1996年6月，采用宫-腹腔镜联合手术治疗输卵管性不育症患者169例。手术方法有：输卵管卵巢周围粘连分解，输卵管扩张，输卵管造口，盆腔子宫内膜异位症电凝，卵巢内膜囊肿穿刺囊肿剥离术，中肾管囊肿摘除和腹腔镜监视下宫腔镜插管通液等。结果：135例患者平均访视时间18．4个月，有70例受孕，妊娠率为51．85％。其中67例为宫内妊娠，3例为宫外妊娠。结论：宫-腹腔镜联合手术是安全、有效、痛苦少、恢复快的手术方法。The aim of this study was to investigate the useage combined laparoscopy and hys-teroscopy treated tubal in fertility. Methods: From 1991. 7 to 1996. 6, 169 patients of tubal infertility were treated bysurgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. The procedures include: adhesiolysis of perisalpingoovaritis, dilation offallopian tube, salpingo-neostomy, endometriosis cautery, enucleation and punture of endometriotic implants in the o-vary, excision of hydatid cysts of Morgagni, hysteroscopic catheterization and hydrotubation monitored by laparoscopy.Results: 135 patients were followed up, the follow up time was 18' 4 months (4-63mon). 7O patients concepted, among them 67 patients was intrauterine pregnancy and three was ectopic pregnancy. Conclusions:The surgery combined la-paroscopy and hysteroscopy treatment tubal in fertility is simple, effective, less suffering and rapidly recover.
