扶正开窍口服液对慢性精神分裂症患者记忆和执行功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正开窍口服液对改善患者认知功能和临床症状的效果。方法将临床疗效已显著进步的72例慢性精神分裂症患者,随机分为研究组(35例)和对照组(37例),在服用扶正开窍口服液前后对两组患者分别进行韦氏记忆量表(WMS)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)和阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定。结果与治疗前比较,研究组治疗后WMS的再认、联想、理解因子分和总记忆商数分明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);WCST分类数和正确应答数评分明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),测验总应答数评分明显下降(P<0.05);PANSS反应缺乏和阴性因子分均明显降低(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组在WMS的联想、理解因子和总记忆商数,WCST的分类数、正确应答数和测验总应答数评分以及PANSS反应缺乏和阴性因子分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正开窍口服液可改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能和部分精神症状。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Fuzheng Kaiqiao Oral Liquid （Oral Liquid for Improving Memory and Performance Function） on cognitive impairment and clinical symptoms of recovering chronic schizophreniacs. Methods The 72 remission inpatients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly assigned to the observation group （n=35） and the control group （n=37）. Both groups were investigated with the Weschler Memory Scale （WMS）, the Wisconsin Card Sort Test （WCST） and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of re-cognition, association, comprehension, and total memory quotient （MQ） of WMS in the observation group were remarkably increased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, the scores of sorting numbers and correct response of WCST were significantly increased （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）, the total scores of response were greatly decreased （P〈0.05）, and the scores of reaction shortage and negative gene of SPSS were tremendously lowered （P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences in the scores of WMS and WCST and PANSS between the observation and control groups after treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fuzheng Kaiqiao Oral Liquid relieves the cognitive impairment and clinical symptoms of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia.
