药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效。方法选择慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者90例,随机分为两组,治疗组(药油箍毒拔毒灸)60例和对照组(口服舍尼通片)30例。治疗4周,观察总疗效,评定症状积分和前列腺液白细胞计数。结果治疗组有效率87.93%,对照组为63.33%。治疗组在降低患者症状积分、改善临床症状、提高生活质量、降低白细胞方面明显优于对照组。结论药油箍毒拔毒灸是治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion with drug-oil application for clearing toxins in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis （CAP）. Methods The 90 patients with CAP were randomized into the drug-oil moxibustion group （n=60） and the control group （n = 30） which was administered Prostat Tablets for oral taking. The treatment lasted 4 weeks for observation. Results The effective rate of moxibustion group was 87.93% and that of control group 63. 33%. The effect of moxibustion group in lowering the symptom scores, relieving clinical symptoms, improving quality of life, and lowering the white blood cells of patients was significantly superior to that of control group. Conclusion The moxibustion with drug-oil application for clearing toxins was effective for CAP.
