摘 要:针对目前我国城市居住区声环境频率特征有所改变的状况,选取杭州市10个社区,对其声环境进行监测.结果表明,居住区环境噪声呈现较明显的低频特性.同时用社会声学调查方法,获得居住区居民对环境噪声的烦恼度数据并使用模糊数学方法处理这些数据,计算居住区噪声烦恼阈值.结果表明,1类声功能区烦恼阈值与现行标准较为接近,而2、3、4类声功能区的噪声烦恼阈值要比现行噪声标准限值偏低3-7dB。说明低频噪声的影响要比估计的严重.With respect to the noise spectrums in residential areas, a series of socio-acoustic surveys performed with 10 residential communities in Hangzhou were reported. The data of annoyance were studied in terms of socio-acoustic survey Its threshold was calculated with fuzzy analysis. Noise for all monitored areas showed low-frequency characteristics. Our surveys also show that the noise annoyance threshold in the first class acoustic function zone was similar to the present standard, the annoyance threshold, however, in the second, the third and the fourth class acoustic function zones was 3-7dB lower than the standard. The effects of low frequency noise on annoyance were much more severe than what we supposed.
