摘 要:给出了渗碳层碳浓度的数学模型及求解的差分方法,提出了渗碳层浓度场数值振荡问题的解决方法、平面问题和轴对称问题的瞬态浓度场变分方法,利用有限元中的四节点四边形等参元编写了求解平面问题和轴对称问题的渗碳工艺模拟软件。通过直齿圆柱齿轮渗碳和圆柱体渗碳试验与有限元模拟结果的对比,检验了本文所开发的有限元模拟程序的准确性。对比结果表明,有限元方法的模拟结果与和试验测量结果吻合得较好。The mathematical models and difference method of computing carburizing were given in the paper. In order to improve the computation accuracy of carburizing concentration field, the methods of lumped and consistent mass matrices, mesh refinement were used in the process of simulation. The variational methods for plane and axisymmetrie problems were presented in the paper, and a finite-element simulating program for simulating carburizing concentration field of plane and axisymmetric problems was developed using the 4-node quadrilateral isoparametric elements. The simulating carburizing concentration fields of the straight cylindrical gear and the cylinder are contrasted with those of experiments, the comparisons show that the simulating results are consistent with the experimental results.
