摘 要:通过试验室模拟热送热装工艺,用透射电镜、析出物定量等方法,研究了X80级管线钢热轧板卷分别在750℃和1100℃热装轧制时对钢板组织性能和微合金元素析出的影响。结果表明,750℃热装的钢板由于轧前经过γ→α和α→γ两次相变,原始奥氏体晶粒得以细化,从而轧后钢板晶粒比较细小,细晶强化效果明显,强度较高。而1100℃热装的铸坯轧前微合金元素固溶量较高,轧后钢板析出量较多,并且析出颗粒呈细小弥散分布的,析出强化效果明显,冲击韧性较好。Hot charge rolling process was simulated in the laboratory. The microstmeture and microalloyed elements precipitates of X80 pipeline steel coils were studied in hot charging temperature at 750 ℃ and 1100 ℃ by TEM and quantitative analysis of precipitates. The results show that the original austenite grains of cast ingot of the steel in hot charging at 750℃ before rolling are refined by phase transformation from γ→α and α→γ, so the plate after rolling has obvious fine-grained strengthening and higher strength than that at 1100 ℃ because of more finer grains. The microallyed elements of cast ingot in hot charging at 1100 ℃ have higher solid quantity before rolling, so precipitates quantity increases after rolling and the precipitates disperse more finely than that at 750 ℃, and it has obvious precipitation strength and good impact toughness.
