摘 要:在透射法烟尘浓度测量中,采用非独立模式算法分别在可见、红外、可见/红外三个光谱区计算了烟尘浓度。通过对三个光谱区烟尘浓度反演结果的准确度,线性度以及灵敏度进行分析比较,确定了透射法烟尘浓度测量的最佳光谱区为可见/红外区。同时模拟了不同粒径分布,不同体积浓度的水滴分散系对烟尘浓度测量结果的影响。仿真计算结果表明,在可见/红外光谱区,烟尘浓度的反演结果与真值基本吻合。采用限定的消光比方法能够最大限度地克服水滴的影响,使测量的精度和可靠性明显提高。对测量的消光值加入2%随机噪声时,烟尘浓度的反演仍能得到满意的结果。In the measurement of flue-dust concentration based on the transmission method, the dependent model algorithm was used to invert the flue-dust concentration in the visible, infrared and visible-infrared spectral regions respectively. By the analysis and comparison of the accuracy, linearity and sensitivity of the inversion flue-dust concentration, the optimal spectral region was determined. Meanwhile, the influence of the water droplet with different size distribution and volume concentration was simulated, and a method was proposed which has advantages of simplicity, rapidity, and suitability for on line measurement. Simulation experiments illustrate that the flue-dust concentration can be inverted very well in the visible-infrared spectral region, and it is feasible to use the ratio of the constrained light extinction method to overcome the influence of water droplet. The inverse results all remain satisfactory when 2% stochastic noise is added to the value of the light extinction.
