摘 要:从临床疑似大肠埃希菌感染的病雏鹅的组织分离到31株细菌,通过培养特性和生化试验确定其中27株为大肠埃希菌。血清学试验表明,其中7株(25.93%)为O26型,6株(22.22%)为O78型,4株(14.81%)为O1型,3株(11.11%)为O18型,2株(7.41%)为O117型,5株(18.52%)未能定型。应用PCR方法检测了27株大肠埃希菌的F1菌毛与毒力岛HPI基因,结果表明24株(88.89%)为F1+大肠埃希菌,7株(25.93%)为HPI+大肠埃希菌(其中4株为F1+)。药敏试验表明,所有菌株均对头孢唑林、呋喃妥因敏感,部分菌株对庆大霉素、环丙沙星敏感,而对多黏菌素、四环素、林可霉素均为耐药。A total of 31 strains of bacteria were isolated from diseased or deceased geese, and 27 isolates were characterized to be Escherichia coli by Gram staining, culture character and biochemical reaction. The data of O serotype test showed that 7(25.93%) were 026, 6(22.22%) were O78, 4 (18.52%) were O1, 3 (11. 11%)were O18 and 2(7.41%) were Ol17, while 5(18.52%) were undetermined. In addition, all the isolates were submitted to PCR for F1 and HPI genes, and the data showed that 24 isolates (88.89%) were Fl-positive and 7 isolates (25. 93%) were HPI-positive,Thereinto, 4 HPI-positive isolates were F1- positive. Further more, seven kinds of antibiotics were tested and all isolates were sensitive to eefazolin and nitrofurantoin, some isolates were sensitive to gentamiein and ciprofloxacin, while all isolates were resistant to neomycin,polymycin, tetracycline and lincomycin.
