摘　　要：山羊痘病毒(GPV)为痘病毒科,羊痘病毒属的一个成员,基因组呈线性,全长约150kb,编码147个开放阅读框。GPV的胸苷激酶基因是复制非必需基因,插入外源基因而不影响病毒复制,TK基因具有高度保守性,可以作为构建重组病毒的同源臂。GPV宿主范围小,对人不具有感染性,对外源基因的耐受性强,是一种更为理想的活病毒载体。国外的研究人员已经构建了多种表达外源基因的重组GPV,我国的相关研究刚刚起步,随着对GPV研究的进一步深入,重组GPV病毒在预防反刍动物疫病中将会发挥重要作用。Goatpox virus is a member of the Capripoxvirus genus of family Poxviridae. The linear DNA gehome of GPV is approximately 150 kb, and encodes 147 ORFs. The fragment of the non-essential TK gene which is inserted foreign genes to can be as homologous arm, but never influences the virus replication. The GPV is only able to infect goat, sheep and cattle. Human could not be infected with the virus, so it is an ideal virus vector. The foreign researchers have constructed various recombinant GPV expressing foreign genes, but it just started in our country. It is believed that the recombinant GPV will play an important role in preventing ruminant infectious disease.
