摘 要:采用山东铝业赤泥对含氟废水进行处理,研究了赤泥除氟的性能和影响因素。结果表明,赤泥对水中的氟离子有很好的去除效果,实验条件下对氟的去除率可达95%以上。赤泥用量、温度对吸附效果产生较大影响。绘制了不同初始浓度的含氟溶液在平衡浓度达到国家饮用水标准时的赤泥用量曲线,得到投样量方程为:y=0.724 4X-0.695,R2=0.998 1。运用Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式对吸附等温数据进行了拟合,得到30℃时赤泥的饱和吸附量为11.49mg/g,氟离子在赤泥表面的吸附是有利的吸附。对可能的吸附机理进行了探讨。With synthetic wastewater, lab-scale batch experiments were carried out to investigate the adsorption properties and influencing factors of fluorine by red mud obtained from Shandong aluminium industry. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the adsorption efficiency is beyond 95 %. The dosage of red mud and temperature are two main influencing factors. The dosage curve of red mud at different original fluorine concentration was obtained when the fluorine equilibrium concentrations meted National Standard of Drinking Water, and the dosage equation is y=0. 724 4X-0. 695, R^2 =0. 998 1. E- quilibrium modeling data were fitted to linear Langmuir and Freundlich models. The maximum sorption capacity of fluorine is 11.49 mg/g at 30 ℃. Adsorption of fluorine by red mud is favorable. The possible adsorption mechanism has been discussed.
