摘  要:静电收成尘器是一种广泛应用于工业领域的除尘净化装置。熟料窑静电收尘器在烧结法生产氧化铝过程中起着举足轻重的作用,但是随着我国粉尘排放标准的提高,目前多数电收尘器的粉尘排放量不能达标,进一步提高静电收尘器的收尘效率以实现粉尘的达标排放成为电收尘技术面临的重大课题。Electrostatic precipitators as dust purification devices are widely used in the industrial field. Chamotte kiln electrostatic precipitator plays an important role in alumina production by sintering process, but with improvement of the national soot emission standards, the majority of the electrostatic precipitator dust emissions can't reach the criterion. How to further improve collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator,and meet the present national emission standards, has become the urgent problem that need to solve. There is still a certain gap between the existing collection theory and the actual collection process. There are still many shortcomings using the existing collection theory to guide design of the electrostatic precipitator and development of the electrostatic collection technology. The electrostatic collection theory is inevitably needed to be improved.
