摘 要:目的测定中肺合剂中防己诺林碱、粉防己碱的含量。方法样品经预处理后采用RP-HPLC同时测定它们的含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax Elipse XDB—C18;流动相为0.06%三乙胺-乙腈溶液(44:56);流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长设在240nm;柱温30℃。结果防已诺林碱在0.4375—17.5mg·L^-1与粉防己碱在0.875—35.0mg·L^-1内,峰面积与其浓度具有良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率分别为89.30%~94.35%(防己诺林碱),90.08%-95.74%(粉防己碱)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定中肺合剂中防己诺林碱和粉防己碱的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of fangehinoline and tetraridrine in Zhongfei mixture. METHODS The separation was performed on an Agilcnt Zorbax Elipse XDB-C18 column at 30 ℃ and detected at 240 nm , the mobile phase consisted of 0. 06% triethylamine and aeetonitrile ( 44 : 56 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 . RESULTS The calibration curves of fangchinoline and tetraridrine had excellent linearity between the range of 0. 437 5 -17. 5 mg·L^-1 and 0. 875 - 35.0 mg·L^-1. The average recoveries of spiked with sample were 89. 30% -94. 35% for fangchinoline and 90. 08% -95.74% for tetraridrine. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, convenient and accurate, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of fangchinoline and tetraridrine in Zhongfei mixture.
