摘　　要：从矿产资源开发利用的背景、方式与效应等方面,比较了我国西部与国外落后地区矿产资源开发利用的相同和不同之处,并得出对西部矿产资源合理开发利用的启示。From the background, manners and effect, this paper makes a comparison on the mineral resources development and utilization between foreign undeveloped regions and western China, and illustrates the enlightenment of foreign experiences to mineral resources development and utilization in western China.
