摘 要:2005年4月,以在浙江舟山普陀兴海养殖优质种苗选育研究所取得的三疣梭子蟹各期溞状幼体作为实验动物,开展了Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+4种重金属离子对其急性毒性实验.结果表明:三疣梭子蟹幼体对重金属的耐药性均随实验时间延长而明显降低,4种重金属离子对三疣梭子蟹各期幼体的毒性大小依次为Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+,三疣梭子蟹苗种培育中对Cu2+、Hg2+、Zn2+、Cr6+的安全质量浓度取值分别为0.015 6 mg/L、0.002 5 mg/L、0.068 6 mg/L和0.523 0 mg/L.Portunus trituberculatus Zoea larvas were exposed to four different heavy metals in a series of acute toxicity. Tests were carried out at Xinghai High-class Fry Selection and Rearing Research Institute of Putuo District, Zhoushan Zhejiang in April 2007. The result showed that the drug tolerance of Portunus tritu- berculatus larvas to the four heavy metal ions all lowered obviously as the experimental time extended. The four heavy metal ions' toxicity measurements to Portunus trituberculatus larvas of different periods were Hg^2+ , Cu^2+ , Zn^2+ and Cr^6+ in turn. The safe concentration sampling of Cu^2+ , Hg^2+ , Zn^2+ and Cr^6+ was 0. 015 6 mg/L, 0. 002 5 mg/L, 0. 068 6 mg/L and 0. 523 mg/L respectively.
